Yistiva evaluation access

Please acknowledge before you continue

By entering, you (the “Evaluator”) and the organization you represent agree to the following evaluation terms with KAT, provider of Yistiva™:

  1. Evaluation use only. Yistiva is provided solely for time-limited evaluation and demonstration. It is not for production, commercial, QA-release, accreditation, or compliance use, and no operational, quality, or regulatory decision may be based on it.
  2. No real or personal data. All data shown is synthetic. Do not enter or upload any real, confidential, proprietary, or personal data. Your session data is held only transiently and is permanently erased when you sign out or your session ends. KAT does not intentionally collect personal data through this demo and keeps only minimal session and security/audit logs.
  3. Confidentiality. Yistiva and its interfaces, workflows, methodology, calculations, content, and this evaluation are confidential information of KAT. You will not disclose, publish, screenshot, record, or share them with any third party, or use them other than for this evaluation.
  4. Intellectual property. Yistiva — including its software, source and object code, methodology, statistical models, design, and content — is © KAT and its licensors, all rights reserved. No license, right, title, or interest is granted except a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the demo for evaluation.
  5. Restrictions. You will not, and will not permit others to: copy, modify, or create derivative works; reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, models, or methods; rent, sell, sublicense, or redistribute; remove proprietary notices; access it to build or benchmark a competing product; or use any automated means to extract code, data, or methodology.
  6. Authorized access. Access is for the named invitee and their organization’s authorized evaluators only. Credentials are confidential and must not be shared beyond them. KAT may monitor, suspend, expire, or withdraw access at any time, with or without notice.
  7. No warranty. Yistiva is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement. Results are illustrative only and may be incomplete or incorrect.
  8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from access to or use of (or inability to use) the demo, or any decision made in reliance on it.
  9. Acceptance & changes. Your acceptance (identity, date, and terms version) is recorded. KAT may update these terms; continued access requires acceptance of the then-current version.
  10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of the Czech Republic have exclusive jurisdiction.
